Start: Speak to the priest of Guthix Outside a cave south-west of the Piscatoris Fishing Colony

Difficulty: Easy

Length: Very Short

Members only: Yes

Requirements: Level 55 Firemaking, Level 53 Fletching, Level 52 Crafting (51 slayer for fighting the bird again after Quest)

Items needed: Knife, Tinderbox, Secateurs (The items can be obtained from the priest at the start point) Rewards: 1 Quest Point 14,400 Firemaking XP 12,500 Fletching XP 11,556 Crafting XP 5 Phoenix Quills (which can be used to make a Phoenix Summoning pouch; Level 72 required) Access to the Phoenix Lair The ability to ‘challenge’ the Phoenix once every day

Monsters to kill: None

Step 1: Start with talking to the priest Brian Twitcher. He is at a cave entrance, south-west of the Piscatoris Fishing Colony. He is north-west of and very close to the AKQ fairy ring location.

Step 2: Obtain the items you will need from him (Secateurs, Knife and Tinderbox).

Step 3: Enter the cave.

Step 4: Cut the branch from the tree in the first room, use a knife on it to fletch it.

Step 5: Do this for the other four rooms.

Step 6: After going through the last cave, you’ll see the Wounded Phoenix, use the fletched branches with the pyre, and a cutscene will start.

Step 7: Light the pyre. The phoenix will crawl on the pyre, light it with your tinderbox to ‘revive’ it.

Step 8: Now talk to the phoenix, she will explain everything and thank you.

She will give you 5 Phoenix Quill and the ability to challenge her someday.

Step 9: Talk to the priest for your reward.

Step 10: QUEST COMPLETED, WELL DONE!
